Every year, Hacienda brings together trusted businesses and organizations to help first-time homebuyers achieve the goal of homeownership. This year, we are thrilled to celebrate our 25th anniversary of the Latino Home Fair!

Join us in commemorating 25 years of resources and community collaboration! This event is a fantastic opportunity to connect face-to-face with prospective homeowners and help us share vital information, resources, and education to aid in their home-buying journey.

event sponsorship- $5,000

Businesses and corporations are invited to participate in the event to share information about their organization. Each event sponsor will have a reserved table under an individual tent, 2 passes in the main classroom, and 2 tickets for a meal.

Event booth - $750

Businesses, corporations, and government partners are invited to participate in the event to share information about their organization. Each partner will have a reserved table under a covered tent and 2 tickets for a meal.

NON-PROFIT TABLES - free

Non-profit partners with 501 (c) (3) status are invited to participate in the event to share information about their organization and services. Each partner will have a reserved 1table under a covered tent and 2 tickets for a meal.

What to expect:

  • Opportunity to connect with prospective homebuyers. Attendance is expected to be 300-400 community members.

  • The event is free and open to the public.

  • A cohort of trusted exhibitors from lending, real estate, insurance, government agencies, and non-profit organizations.

  • Educational workshops (delivered in English and Spanish) with Hacienda’s English and Spanish-speaking certified housing counselors on-site.

  • Family-friendly atmosphere with food, education, and cultural activities.
