Hacienda is looking forward to the development of Lake Grove, a proposed Clackamas County affordable housing project. Located on Boones Ferry Road, Lake Grove will be a three-story, elevator-served project that pursues a human-centered development and considers universal as well as trauma-informed design principles.
Construction is expected to begin in June 2025

Project Details
Lake Grove will serve families and communities of color and will include on-site resident services. This affordable housing complex includes a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments within the 3-story building.
Out of the 55 units, 10 will be dedicated to Permanent Supportive Housing through coordinated access with the Housing Authority of Clackamas County (HACC). Case management services will be provided through New Narrative for these 10 units. Hacienda CDC will also be both the developer and owner of Lake Grove.
