Project Details
Dolores is inspired by Mexican architects such as Legorreta and Barragan and intends to highlight the rich Latino/a/e/x culture prevalent in Hillsboro and greater Washington County. This affordable housing complex includes a mix of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments within the 3-story building.
Thanks to a partnership with New Narrative, 10 units are reserved for individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness into stable housing. Hacienda CDC shall be both the developer and owner, while also providing community support and resident services. The property will be managed by Cascade Management, Inc.
