The Fair, which will be held from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at the Oregon Convention Center - is free, and focused on jobs and resources for 16 to 24 year olds. It will feature 50 Portland-area employers, and more than 20 of these employers will be interviewing and making job offers on site.

Some of the employers include:

·  Applied Materials

·  Columbia Sportswear

·  FedEx

·  Legacy Health

·  OnPoint Credit Union

·  Timberline Lodge

Because so many young people in our community face significant barriers to employment, there will also be a number of resources intended to reduce these barriers, both on the day of the Fair and as the job seekers begin their work. Some of these resources include:

·  Criminal record expungement and immigration screenings

·  Job-related dress

·  On-site childcare

·  Practice interviews and resume review

·  Free food service cards for service industry applicants

·  Booths from culturally-specific community partners
