Join us for an in-person application event for Hacienda’s newest community, Las Adelitas!

Applications for Las Adelitas will be released on September 24th. Join us and our property management partners at Hacienda CDC to submit your application in person and take the next steps in the lease application process.

Pick up and submit your application on-site! One-on-one sessions with Cascade Management representatives are available to submit documentation and discuss next steps in the process. Spaces are limited and will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis.

When: 10am-5pm (last appointment will be at 4:30pm)

Where: Hacienda CDC - 6700 NE Killingsworth St. Portland, Oregon 97217

Parking: Hacienda’s parking lot will be closed for this event. Please plan to street park near Hacienda CDC headquarters or take public transport. Trimet’s 72nd bus line stops at Killingsworth and Cully, directly in front of Hacienda CDC.
