Join us on Saturday, December 9th from 9:00am-5:30pm for a one-time class that will prepare you for homeownership, lunch is provided.Due to a lack of space in our offices to provide childcare, this is an adult only event. 

Prepare for your future home purchase in this course that covers money management, credit preparedness, and tips on how to select the right lender, home, and more! We’ll be joined by professional realtors and lenders who can answer your questions and help you on your journey.

This course will help you meet the requirement for down payment assistance and IDA programs in the state of Oregon.
