Hacienda is proud to announce our next round of ABC’s of Homebuying classes for our current clients!  

Join us on Saturday, March 25th from 9:00am-5:30pm for a one-time class that will prepare you for homeownership, lunch is provided. Due to a lack of childcare services, children are not allowed.

Prepare for your future home purchase in this course that covers money management, credit preparedness, and tips on how to select the right lender, home, and more! We’ll be joined by professional Realtors, lenders, Inspector, and Escrow Officer who can answer your questions and help you on your journey. This course will help you meet the requirement for down payment assistance and IDA programs in the state of Oregon.
