Hacienda is proud to announce our next round of ABC of Homebuying classes for our existing clients!  

Join us on Saturday, December 17th from 9:00am-5:00pm for a one-time class that will prepare you for homeownership, lunch is provided. 

Prepare for your future home purchase in this course that covers money management, credit preparedness, and tips on how to select the right lender, home, and more! We’ll be joined by professional Realtors, lenders, Inspector, and Escrow Officer who can answer your questions and help you on your journey. This course will help you meet the requirement for down payment assistance and IDA programs in the state of Oregon.
