The Economic Opportunity Department at Hacienda CDC aims to improve and preserve the financial outlook, capability, and assets of the clientele we serve, including the pursuit of homeownership. The position of Financial Coach supports that work by engaging and motivating clients by providing high-quality, one-on-one financial coaching and housing counseling. The Financial Coach also supports Camino a Casa/Pre-Purchase Program, Foreclosure Prevention Program, and Hacienda Home Mortgage.
The Home Lending Manager is responsible for Hacienda’s lending operations which includes originating and processing brokered first mortgages, financing first time home buyer clients, refinancing home mortgages to improve affordability, as well as generating fee revenue for operations. The Lending Manager oversees all lending activities and performs direct supervisory duties of program staff ensuring Hacienda’s commitment to quality customer service. Must be detail oriented, self-starter and mindful of deadlines. The Home Lending Manager continually identifies, develops and maintains a quality network of business relationships as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities, and meets the established individual and lending goals set by Hacienda.
Under the direction of the Director of Real Estate Development, the Affordable Housing Development Project Manager is responsible for all activities related to Hacienda’s affordable housing developments. The Development Project Manager will oversee multiple projects through the development process. Projects vary in scale from small to more complex and challenging within the development group’s pipeline.
